We collect as little as we can. We don't sell or share your personal information, there are no ads on the site today, and no third-party trackers - only our own anonymous visit statistics.
Raid results you import: character names and realms, guilds, loot, answers, rolls, bids, votes, DKP, attendance and meter numbers. These are public on the site.
If you sign in with Discord: your Discord id, username, display name and avatar - nothing else (no email, no list of your servers). We also keep the guilds and characters you track and the rosters you make.
A guild's Discord tab (when a guild links its Discord server): the RollForMe bot looks up whether you're in that server and your roles there, to show you only the channels you may see - kept in memory for a minute, never stored. Messages are read from Discord as you look and are not kept here. We keep which server and channels the guild linked (and who linked them), the last message you read in each channel, the ids of each channel's latest messages (no words, no authors - for the unread count) and which messages were written on RollForMe and by whom (so only you can edit or delete yours). What you write there is posted to Discord with your Discord name and picture, and Discord's own privacy policy applies to it.
If you sign in with Google: your Google account's id, name and picture - nothing else (we don't ask Google for your email address). If you add your other sign-in (a Discord account to a Google one, or the other way), we keep its id with your account so either opens it.
Signing up from Discord (a raid's post there): the character, class, role and note you send, with your Discord account's id, so the sign-up is yours to change or withdraw. The Discord tab's GIF picker sends what you search for to KLIPY, which supplies the GIFs (it has its own privacy policy).
Comments, friends and notifications: comments you write (on strategies, rosters and armories) are shown with your name and picture to everyone who can see that page. Signed in, your name and picture can be found by other signed-in people, to add you as a friend or tag you; we keep your friends, the requests between you, and your notifications (who tagged you, where) - the latest 200.
If you send a report (the Report flag on a guild, a character or a comment): what it's about, your message and the email address you give us to answer you, with your account - and, for a comment, its words. Only RollForMe sees it - it's used to look into the report and reply to you, never shared.
Basic server logs (address, browser, page) for security and fixing problems, kept for a short time.
Our own visit statistics: which pages are viewed and which features are used (imports, sign-ups, searches), with the country, kind of device and browser, and the site you came from - kept on our own server, never shared, never your address or name. Each browser is a scrambled, anonymous id; if you choose essential cookies only, your visits are counted without one. Kept for 90 days, then only daily totals.
To run the site: show raid pages, profiles and leaderboards, keep you signed in, and save what you create. We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Discord (sign-in, and guilds' Discord tabs), Google (sign-in), KLIPY (the Discord tab's GIFs), our hosting provider (runs the site), and Wowhead (item tooltips and 3D model files). They only get what they need to do that.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it's used - write to contact@rollforme.com. In Europe (GDPR) and in US states with privacy laws (for example California), these are your legal rights, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We answer within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your Discord details, tracked guilds and characters, friends, notifications and Discord-tab reading places; rosters and comments you made can be deleted or kept anonymously, as you prefer.
The site isn't meant for children under 13 (under 16 in parts of Europe) to sign in.
If this changes, the date at the top changes too. Questions about privacy: contact@rollforme.com.
